A Problem I Have Solved -- Mion

Honestly, I had a problem I have solved. When I was a primary school student, I did not eat breakfast every day. There were two causes. The first cause is that I stayed in bed until I really had to get out of bed and wherever possible, time to eat breakfast was allocated to sleep. The second cause is that in the morning, I was not hungry so if I had something such as yogurt or fruits which are easy to eat, it made me feel bad. But I knew that not eating breakfast was unhealthy.

I thought I have to eat breakfast for my health and school life. Therefore, I tried to get up one hour before leaving home, because I used to get up thirty minutes before. Thanks to my challenge I made time to eat breakfast. But I could not keep up it every day. That is why I also attempted other ways to solve about don’t eat breakfast. It was all about doing each day preparations the day before, wherever possible. For example, set the clothes I am planning to wear and the breakfast I planning to eat next day. Thought this way, I did not worry about time and could feel comfortable in the morning. Then I also became more conscious of eating breakfast because breakfast has already prepared there.

In my personal opinion, if I did not think to solve this problem, I would not overcome still today. And thanks to that experience I have become a more healthy, active person.
